Jonathan Teague Cook was born on 2 March 1938 in Lowell, Massachusetts, USA. He was an actor, known for Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai (1999), Flirting with Disaster (1996) and Golden Years (1991). He was married to Cynthia Anderson. He died on 29 November 2012 in Greenwood Lake, New York, USA.
